Recharge Mi Light & Sound Therapy provides hard-working employees with a convenient method of alleviating the stress inherent in these competitive times.

Our Rainbow Rejuvenation Session (a blend of 7 colors) is performed in the workplace.
Your employees will lay fully dressed on the light table. Only the shoes and jewelry are removed. The lights are then positioned over them, and their eyes will be covered.They will place the frequency head piece on and once they are comfortable, the soft music (sound waves) will begin to play The session generally lasts from ten to twenty minutes. Our table is lightweight and portable, enabling it to be set up in virtually any office or break room.

Holding a special breakfast, brunch or lunch that day is a nice treat. At the lunch, you can include an awards ceremony where employees are individually acknowledged for their unique contributions.
Getting Started with Appreciation Light Session
To prepare for the Recharge Mi Light Session part of the day, contact us to get on our schedule.

When booking the appointment, you'll want to have a couple key things in mind:

How many people will be getting a light session?
​
What's your budget? 10 min per person is $10per person or 25 min for $20per person
​
Once you've nailed everything down, you'll want to let your staff know. As much fun as it would be to surprise everyone with a light session, it runs much smoother if people know ahead of time.
​
That's because of one thing: Scheduling.
​
A session schedule means everyone knows exactly what time they should show up for session, and it ensures everyone gets an equal amount of time.
​
We will provide you with a sign up sheet for your break room.
​
Before
On the day of the event, we will arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of time to set up the room. The location will be decided on ahead of time, during the planning process. Likely, it's an empty office or meeting room.
​
During
Employees will show up for their relaxing session according to the time they signed up for previously, assuming they don't forget! We will provide a reminder for each employee so they are sure not to miss their appointment.
​
After
At the end of the day, we will pack up equipment and be on their way. It's usually best to arrange payments to be made before or after the event as it eliminates the need to deal with it on this busy day.
​
In the days and weeks following the event, survey your employees to see how they liked the event. If it was a hit, you know you can plan on doing it again next quarter.
